We need houses and you want cash! Although we try to find houses on our own we can't be everywhere at once! If you see a vacant house or know a landlord that wants out of land lording and you send us the address, we will pay you a referral fee if we buy the house. It's simple marketing.

We are looking for houses in MD and VA with in a 30 mile radius of DC. Also the 95 corridor (between Baltimore and DC) 5 miles on either side. We are also looking for houses in Baltimore City, and DC.

What are the types of homes you work with?
We work with all types of homes. Looking for vacant and boarded up homes are the easiest. We are willing to work with any house, in any price range, in any condition. If you know anyone that needs to sell quickly, or has lots of repairs, or maybe doesn't have enough equity in their home to work with a Realtor, contact us with their mailing address or phone number. How do I do this?
Simply drive around looking for boarded up houses and write down the addresses and send them to us. If you would really like to get involved by distributing flyers and we’ll send you our advertisement package. It contains tips and flyers with a promotional code to hand out to other people who spend a lot of time driving around (mailmen, handyman, landscapers, food delivery).
